STRUCTURAL DESIGN
BLT Plastic of Western Australia is making uses of modern technology to develop the implemented to take maximum advantage of the high strength to weight ratio of fiberglass and its immunity to rust and corrosion. The tank which is cylindricalin shape for single non-varying load distribution, offers a uniform pressure the circumference.
METHOD
Sidmann Composite are constructed using highly controlled hand lay up lamination contact molded method. This sample construction method allows us to have greater flexibility over other type of tanks giving the client a much better range of dimensions and capacity. It is also more economical in term of cost due to exact capacity can be manufactured instead of fixed amount as found in panel/sectional tanks.

ETERNAL SKIN
Beige colored neopentylglcol (NPG) gel coat, other colors on request
- Act as a barrier against water absorption (NPG Gel coat is a superior water resistance compared to other type)
- Acts as a barrier to UV radiation which would otherwise degrade the products
- Provides an abrasion resistant surface whilst retaining good flexibility
- Provides a smooth glossy colored surface and splendid value of finishing
- Acts as a screen to protruding surfaces of glass fibers
