SIDMANN COMPOSITE SDN. BHD. (Dahulunya dikenali sebagai Sidmann Tanks Sdn. Bhd.) adalah sebuah pengilang dan pengeluar tangki dan produk berasaskan fiberglass yang berjenama SIDMANN dengan bantuan / sokongan teknikal dari pihak UTM. SIRIM dan badan-badan kerajaan berkanun.

Kepakaran kami adalah menyelesaikan masalah kehilangan besi dan menghasilkan produk yang ringan dan tahan lama. Sidmann Composite Sdn Bhd adalah pembuat dan pembekal produk FRP(Fiberglass) yang diusahakan sepenuhnya oleh bumiputera yang ditubuhkan sejak Julai 2000.

 BLT Plastic of Western Australia is making uses of modern technology to develop the implemented to take maximum advantage of the high strength to weight ratio of fiberglass and its immunity to rust and corrosion. The tank which is cylindricalin shape for single non-varying load distribution, offers a uniform pressure the circumference.

Sidmann Composite are constructed using highly controlled hand lay up lamination contact molded method. This sample construction method allows us to have greater flexibility over other type of tanks giving the client a much better range of dimensions and capacity. It is also more economical in term of cost due to exact capacity can be manufactured instead of fixed amount as found in panel/sectional tanks.

All material used are of the highest quality and approved by local authorities and Lloyds of London.

Gel Coat - Neopentylglcol (NPG), Isophtalic & UV stabilized
Catalyst - Menthyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide
Reinforcement - E-Glass CSM 450 & Revimat C800

Beige colored neopentylglcol (NPG) gel coat, other colors on request

• Acts as a barrier to UV radiation which would otherwise degrade the products
• Provides an abrasion resistant surface whilst retaining good flexibility
• Provides a smooth glossy colored surface and splendid value  of finishing
• Acts as a screen to protruding surfaces of glass fibers
